HZS60 concrete batching plant, which was manufactured by our factory-Henan Zhucheng Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd, has completed full installation and commissioning work at a construction site in Mongolia, marking another successful delivery of our concrete mixing equipment for Central Asian infrastructure projects.
The HZS60 stationary concrete batching plant is designed for stable output of 60 cubic meters of concrete per hour. Considering Mongolia’s harsh climate, including low temperatures and strong winds, our engineering team customized the equipment with cold-resistant components and thermal insulation measures. This modification ensures reliable operation even in cold seasons, meeting local requirements for road and building construction.
Our on-site technical team arrived at the project site to supervise the whole process, including equipment assembly, pipeline connection, electrical debugging and trial production. After repeated testing, all indicators of the mixing plant meet design standards. The customer expressed high satisfaction with the stable performance, simple operation and easy maintenance of the HZS60 plant.
